Santa Fe launches tender to improve the electrical grid in the Las Parejas industrial area The government of the province of Santa Fe announced a call for bids for a key project in the energy development of the Las Parejas industrial park: the upgrade of its electrical grid. With an official budget of over 2.513 billion pesos, this project seeks to strengthen the local productive infrastructure and support the regions industrial growth. The project will be fully financed by the provincial government, but includes a repayment scheme involving the private sector and the municipality. According to reports, the province will initially cover 100% of the project cost. Subsequently, the private sector will repay 30% of the amount and the municipality another 30%, while the state will assume the remaining 40%. This financing modality, innovative in the region, was established by a provincial decree that creates a specific executing unit, streamlining processes without compromising transparency. The project will be the first energy infrastructure project under this new public-private partnership, representing a significant shift in the way strategic projects for the productive sector are implemented. The goal is to provide the industrial sector with greater electrical capacity, reducing the bottlenecks that currently limit the expansion of companies and ventures. During his visit, the Government also provided non-reimbursable contributions to the CIDETER Foundation in the amount of $2,197,247.85. These funds will be used for industrial welding training under international standards, within the framework of the Education for the World of Work program, implemented in conjunction with the Impulsa program. The training activities will be aimed at improving the skills of the local workforce, a key element in supporting the regions industrial development. Both actions are part of a provincial policy aimed at consolidating productive infrastructure, improving the competitiveness of local industries, and fostering local settlements through skilled employment. In this regard, the Impulsa program continues to establish itself as a key tool within Santa Fes productive development plan.
