Vascon Engineers Limited, a prominent construction and real estate development company, has announced the receipt of a Letter of Intent (LoI) valued at ?225.46 Crores [Two Hundred Twenty-Five Crores and Forty-Six Lakhs (excluding Goods and Services Tax & Labour Cess)] from Royal Rides Pvt Ltd. The project entails the Construction of Two Terminal Buildings along-with Ropeway Tower works at Panaji and Reis Magos, Goa. The significant project has been awarded to Vascon Engineers on a Design and Build basis, signifying the companys comprehensive capabilities in handling all aspects from initial design to final construction. According to the terms of the LoI, Vascon Engineers is mandated to complete the entire scope of work within a stringent timeframe of 36 months from the date of the Letter of Intent. This project win further strengthens Vascon Engineers order book and underscores its expertise in executing complex infrastructure projects. The development of modern terminal buildings and associated ropeway infrastructure is expected to enhance connectivity and tourism in the popular coastal state of Goa. |
