The City Government of Bacoor has invited interested parties to submit comparative proposals for the Bacoor Digitalized Traffic Enforcement Project, following the approval of the unsolicited proposal from QPAX Traffic Systems Inc. The Project is envisioned as a comprehensive solution to support the implementation of the Single Ticketing System and System of Interconnectivity for Local Government Units by providing Bacoor City with an IT system integrated with the Land Transportation Office’s Land Transportation Management System. The scope of the Project covers installation, operation, and maintenance of Digitalized Traffic Enforcement in Bacoor City. Specifically, this includes: Installation and supply of system, processes and equipment for the implementation of digitalized traffic enforcement; Conduct of training intended for enforcers, provision of technical assistance, provision of supplies for the printing of citation tickets, internet connectivity, among others, related to the operation of the digitalized traffic enforcement system; Maintenance and technical support services to ensure that mobile devices and back-end systems are up and running; and Provision of necessary storage, bandwidth and server spaces for seamless and efficient operation of the Project. The invitation was posted on the City Government of Bacoor’s website on April 11, 2025. Submissions will be accepted within 15 calendar days ending on April 26, 2025.
