?Sevenoaks District Council has sought a development partner for the redevelopment of land east of Sevenoaks High Street, United Kingdom (UK). The project includes constructing a new leisure center and residential units, with an estimated gross development value exceeding GBP120 million (US$153.69 million). The development is projected to commence in January 2026 and span a minimum of four years. In February 2025, the council conducted a market engagement exercise, reaching out to 11 developers experienced in town center projects with public entities.
