| Work Detail | A contractor has restricted traffic to one lane on Thursday along a section of US 45/Kentucky Avenue in Paducah. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says the contractor has restricted westbound traffic to one lane between Walter Jetton Boulevard and about 12th Street to allow corrective work and dowel bar retrofits at various locations. Drivers are being advised to be prepared to encounter one lane traffic along short sections of the highway. Most of the retrofit work will be along the westbound lanes with work zone lane restrictions expected to cover one or two blocks at a time. Some minor delays are possible to facilitate the work. Work may extend into the nighttime hours at times. |
