| Work Detail | Mabanee announces that its subsidiary in KSA, has signed two contracts for the construction of The Avenues Riyadh- phase2 “towers”. The combined value of the contract is SAR 1.13 billion. The first contract was awarded to Alghanim International Al Saudia for the construction of three towers. The value of the contract is SAR 656 million. The second contract was awarded to Al-Ahmadiah Contracting & Trading Company for the construction of Two Towers. The value of the contract is SAR 475 million. The overall project is expected to be completed within a period ranging from 24 to 33 months from the commencement date. |
