Work Detail Romania launches 1.5 GW renewable energy auction Romanian authorities plan to award 1 GW of wind capacity and 500 MW of solar capacity through the country’s first tendering process. The Romanian Ministry of Energy has set a maximum auction price of 91 euros ($100.7)/MWh for solar projects and 93 euros/MWh for wind projects. Ireland allocates nearly 960 MW of solar power in fourth renewable energy auction In this years auction, the Irish government provisionally allocated 959.85 MW of solar power to 23 projects.
