Núñez: the GCBA is studying the construction of a bridge in Comodoro Rivadavia and the Mitre train tracks. The construction of the walkway takes into account the existence of existing green spaces and the underground and piped passage of the Medrano Stream. The work is only a preliminary project, without a budget. The Ministry of Infrastructure of the City of Buenos Aires is studying the construction of a bridge for pedestrians and cyclists over Comodoro Rivadavia and the Mitre train tracks, in Núñez, a few blocks from the border with Saavedra. It is complemented by the construction of underpasses in Ramallo and Correa, as reported by Saavedra Online. Last Monday, the Buenos Aires Ministry made a presentation at the City Legislature on the master plan for the Dellepiane highway. To this end, it is seeking permission from the Legislative Branch to take out a loan of US$75,000,000. In this context, the construction of the pedestrian walkway over the Mitre tracks was mentioned. In any case, the GCBA clarifies that it is only a preliminary project, it has no priority or official budget. The rendering shows a long track with two triangular loops, one on each side of the tracks. Its location, he says, “considers the existence of existing green spaces and the presence of interferences in the area (in particular, service networks and the Medrano piped stream). The scope includes the enhancement of the access sectors to the walkway.” The illustration is for reference purposes because it was intended as something ornamental. Afterwards it may be very expensive to make it and it may not make sense. We are not going to announce anything about this in the short or medium term, they indicated at the GCBA to La Nación. |
