Work Detail Turner Construction has won three contracts from three US colleges: the University of California Merced, the University of Kentucky and Case Western Reserve University. In California, Turner will provide construction management services for a four-storey, state-funded medical education building. This 203,000 sq ft development will contain classrooms, laboratories and clinical spaces. The project is due to begin shortly and will be completed in autumn 2026. It is designed to run only on clean energy. At the University of Kentucky, Turner will build a $184m agriculture research building. This will house laboratory teaching space, office space and a 250-seat auditorium. The 190,000 sq ft building is expected to be completed in 2027. A consortium formed by Adrian Maldonado & Associates, AKA Team, Next Generation Construction and Turner has won a $200m contract to build an interdisciplinary science and engineering building for Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. The five-floor, 189,000 sq ft structure will contain wet labs, dry labs and other research spaces. It is due to open in 2026.
