| Work Detail | Dubai developer Select Group is building what it claims will be the world’s tallest residential tower, at 517m, in the Dubai Marina district. The 122-storey “Six Senses Residences” will mark “a new chapter in ultra-luxury living”, it said. The tower will have 251 apartments, a 109th-floor skydeck, and a “longevity clinic”. Its designers are WSP Middle East and Woods Bagot. Select Group said the tower is at 25% completion and is scheduled for handover in 2028. |
