Michael Henn will take on the role for the asset manager on 1 May
Michael Henn (pictured) will assume the position of global head of green deal infrastructure at Commerz Real AG from 1 May.
Henn will be responsible for the transaction and acquisition business, project developments and asset management in the field of renewable energies and infrastructure investments.
Dr Nicole Arnold, member of the Management Board of Commerz Real, said: "Michael Henn is an accomplished leader and has extensive transactional and project development expertise.
"Under his management, we will continue to expand our renewables business.
"In addition to transactions and asset management, the focus of the activities will be on implementing the project development strategy in the area of renewables and further integrating renewable energies with sustainable real estate projects."
Michael Henn has extensive experience in the investment industry and has led specialised transaction and project development teams for many years.
Prior to joining Commerz Real, the 47-year-old was, among other things, head of transactions and commercial executive eoard at Gerchgroup AG and chief executive of Immobel Germany GmbH. |
