“Possible clients could be municipalities, the province or private enterprises, for example, an industrial park that has to pave all the streets surrounding the location of its industry. A closed neighborhood that has to pave its streets can also do it,” he added.
Finally, Franco considered this initiative as a “milestone in the history of Moreno” and clarified that he is not considering “the possibility of selling the asphalt to the neighbors,” but rather seeking tools to continue financing public works in a national context of cuts. absolute.
