In a concerted effort to bolster sustainability and energy efficiency within Dubai’s real estate landscape, the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy (DSCE)’s Regulatory and Supervisory Bureau (RSB) for Electricity and Water collaborated with the Dubai Land Department’s Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) to host a comprehensive workshop. The event, which convened over 100 stakeholders including property owners, management firms, and service providers, aimed to devise strategies for optimizing energy and water consumption in buildings across the emirate.
At the forefront of the workshop was the objective of aligning efforts with RERA’s newly introduced energy efficiency policy for joint ownership properties.
