Hampton Sky Realty has received green nod from the government on implementation of a 12-acre commercial project in Ludhiana, Punjab. Located on NH-5 from Ludhiana-Chandigarh Road, this project stands out in commercial innovation and community focus.
The project, with a built-up area of 6,00,000 sq. ft., it is slated to start in this quarter and it will be completed in 2026-27. Concept drawings of the project are being prepared by an architect firm of Los Angeles, USA. This will be one-of-its-kind projects in the city with wide roads and green areas.
Among the features of the new project, it will be a prominent high street shopping destination which will host a curated selection of renowned international brands alongside local ones, catering to different styles and preferences, and redefine the shopping experience.
