Klub, a prominent Revenue based Financing platform in Asia, in collaboration with U GRO Capital, a leading DataTech NBFC specializing in MSME lending, has announced a strategic partnership to allocate INR 150 crores towards enhancing credit access for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in India. This initiative is set to foster the growth of digital SMEs across various developmental stages within the country.
This substantial financial collaboration is focused on empowering sustainable initiatives, with a significant portion of the loan slated for promoting eco-friendly projects such as Rooftop Solar installations and Electric Vehicle (EV) financing. By offering loans ranging from INR 1 lakh to INR 5 crores, the partnership aims to address the pressing credit gaps that hinder the expansion and modernization efforts of MSMEs.
Klub’s innovative platform, which merges advanced analytics with financial product innovation, will administer scalable debt financing that can reach up to INR 30 crores in a single tranche. U GRO Capital, boasting a robust Billion Dollar Asset Under Management (AUM) as of December 2023, brings its expertise in digital lending to the table, ensuring quick processing and minimal documentation for borrowers.
The collaboration was underscored by statements from key representatives. Sudharsan Venkatkrishnan, Senior Vice President at Klub, emphasized the strategic importance of the partnership in empowering small businesses and advancing India’s economic fabric.
