The Municipality of San José del Rincón reports that maintenance works on the Flood Defense Embankment corresponding to the Villa Añatí neighborhood have begun. The work is carried out by contractor companies of the Government of the province of Santa Fe. Residents are asked to circulate with caution since there are large machinery working in the area.
The works are part of the maintenance and repair of the defense system of Greater Santa Fe, announced at the time by the Government of the Province of Santa Fe, and are carried out in the capital city, San José del Rincón, Arroyo Leyes, Recreo and Santo Take.
The Secretary of Water Resources, Nicolás Mijich, coordinates the tasks and emphasizes the work of collecting soil, cleaning channels and unclogging urban drains, specifically in San José del Rincón, Arroyo Leyes and Colastiné Norte.
As reported by the Municipality of Rincón, since April 11, provincial machinery has been carrying out improvements on embankments in the area of ??the Villa Añati neighborhood, which is why works are being carried out to deepen reservoirs, clean and channel maintenance. There are also sectors where soil extraction is carried out to recompose the defense crowning.
