Work Detail Oil and gas exploration and production (E&P) giant ONGC has recently granted a Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and project management consultancy (PMC) contract to a consortium consisting of Nauvata Energy Transition Enterprise and PERC Engineering. The contract, which includes pre-FEED, FEED, and PMC services, involves conducting concept studies and preparing tender bid packages for two projects in the Krishna-Godavari (KG) basin on the east coast of India, as stated by Nauvata. This contract follows ONGCs recent achievement of first oil from its KG-DWN-98/2 development project, where Nauvata and its consortium partner served as project management consultants for various scopes of work including subsea umbilicals, risers, and flowlines (SURF), subsea production systems (SPS), floating production storage and offloading (FPSO), and onshore operations. Baroruchi Mishra, CEO of NET Enterprises Group, highlighted Nauvatas significant role in the KG-DWN-98/2 project, emphasizing its complexity and the deployment of nearly 100 resources to manage various aspects of the project. "We intend to maintain the same level of commitment and expertise on this newly awarded contract," Mishra added. Felipe Gonzalez, President of PERC Engineering, expressed confidence in showcasing their capabilities in this dynamic market and anticipated establishing a long-term relationship with both ONGC and Nauvata through successful project execution.
