At the headquarters of the Municipality of Venado Tuerto the opening of envelopes with the offers corresponding to the public tender for the expansion of gas networks in the Tiro Federal, San Vicente and Iturbide neighborhoods; where four offers were received.
The work, which has an official budget of 78 million pesos, has a completion period of 45 consecutive days. “We are satisfied because four bidders presented themselves in a transparent public tender, in an economic context that is not simple and where there were also proposals below the official budget,” said the Secretary of Government, Mariano De Mattia.
The work is divided into three modules, one for each neighborhood, and the execution that the winning company must carry out includes the provision of labor, equipment, materials, accessories and everything that is necessary to carry out the projects. Likewise, the work includes the recomposition of sidewalks, pavements and/or pipes affected by the work until the area is normalized compared to its initial state.
The offers presented were from the firm Szimad SA (with address in CABA), for a total price of 87.4 million pesos (each of the modules 45.6, 30.3 and 11.3 million). The rest of the companies are from Venado Tuerto: Darío Oscar Lucero for 64.3 million pesos (43.9, 14.8 and 5.5 million for each module); Grupo Electrodos SRL 75.7 million pesos (47.9, 20.1 and 7.5 million per module) and finally Carlos Belforte, who presented 21 million pesos for module 2 and 6.2 million for module 3.
“Now we proceed to the technical analysis, but two companies budgeted below what was expected, one above and another bid for some of the modules, which is an alternative that is contemplated. They are interesting works, they are paid for with municipal resources and then recovered through contributions for improvements once the service is being provided,” De Mattia added.
Details of the work
It is estimated that this work will benefit almost 90 families. In the Tiro Federal neighborhood (module 1) there are 630 meters of 63 mm diameter nets and 312 meters of 90 mm diameter; Module 2 (San Vicente) covers 546 meters with a diameter of 63 mm; and third is from Iturbide with 205 meters of diameter 63 mm.
The network laying will be carried out along Goumond Street in the section from Dorrego to Edison; Lisandro de la Torre, Azcoaga to Junín; Manzano from Lavalle to Azcuénaga; route 8 -from Carelli- and Marenghini to the west; and Caparros between Alem and Tucumán.
Present at the opening of envelopes were the Undersecretary of Economic Development, Bernardo De Diego; the Project Director, Sabrina Rabolini; and councilors Santiago Meardi, Carlos Jordán and Florencia Di Pizzio. |
