Provincial senator Leticia Di Gregorio highlighted the recent state of work at the Agrotechnical School No. 335 in the city of Rufino, whose project regained strong momentum with Governor Maximiliano Pullaro and the Minister of Public Works, Lisandro Enrico.

This new educational establishment has been strongly demanded in recent years for it to be resumed and continued. Today, the general state and the intensity that it has been sustaining, fills the entire city of Rufino with hope, which welcomes the early completion.
Di Gregorio recalled that the contract with the previous winning company had been terminated and that it was resumed at the end of 2023 to finish. “The work progress of the current contract is 25.83%. The progress compared to the percentage made in the previous contract is evident. Some parts that presented conflict were redesigned and technological resolutions were incorporated into the original project. Now there is a good pace of progress within normal deadlines and with the expectation of completion in a timely manner,” said the provincial senator.
The legislator highlighted that the assembly of everything that is the metal structure, which is a good part of the classroom surface, was completed and the roof structures covered with thermal panels were completed.
“The work consists of completing part of the tasks started and abandoned, demolishing the rest to complete with a new post-pandemic model educational building that will house an access hall with a concierge; media library; SUM; administrative area; canteen; in addition to new classrooms with expansion according to the new provincial educational architecture model,” Leticia Di Gregorio listed.
Likewise, he indicated that to this are “added 6 classrooms and 5 workshops”, with an enrollment design for 500 students: “The implementation of new methodologies cannot be carried out without being accompanied by changes in the physical structures of the school.” school. That is why the density is lower, the ways of occupying the spaces are different, prioritizing movement and transit, and the opening of spaces to other places to inhabit them not only during recreation,” he said.
Senator Leticia Di Gregorio considered that “in addition to the educational, curricular and socio-affective conditions, the Government of Santa Fe thought about providing efficient building conditions that allow awakening and stimulating critical thinking.”
Finally, he assured: “From the Provincial Government we have the decision to finish this educational work that has been awaited for a long time by the residents of Rufino. Although there were several attempts at completion, they were never able to complete the work. This time, every effort is being made to ensure that it is fully executed. There is a firm political decision by Governor Maximiliano Pullaro to complete works, despite the complex economic situation we are going through. It is a real need to complete this project.”
The work
The tasks are carried out by the winning company “Depaoli & Trosce Constructora SRL”, and consist of finishing part of the tasks started and abandoned, demolishing the rest to complete with a new building that will have 16 new classrooms and 5 workshops. Its different environments will allow classes to be taught to more than 200 students and will include an entrance hall with a concierge, media library, multipurpose room, plus administrative area and canteen.
