The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has issued a tender for redevelopment of the General Pool Residential colony at Kasturba Nagar, New Delhi (Phase-II).
The scope of work entails construction of 1,350 Type-IV residential quarters with double basement, podium, social facilities and banquet hall with all related external development and other allied works on EPC basis (Mode-I). It includes planning and designing of architectural design, structural design, design of all required civil, E&M, IT and obtaining mandatory approvals.
The contract is valued at Rs 1,270.56 crore, and stipulates a comprehensive maintenance for five years after completion of work.
