Bihar State Power Transmission Company (BSPTCL) has invited bids for the construction of air insulated substation (AIS) at Chhapra in the state.
The work comprises development of 2x500 MVA+2x200 MVA, 400/220/132 kV air insulated substation (AIS) at Chhapra (new), a 132 kV Chhapra (new)-Raghunathpur DCDS with single moose conductor (80 km length), and a 132 kV Chhapra (new)-Maharajganj DCDS (45 km) with a single moose conductor (45 km length).
The contract is expected to cost Rs 448.16 crore, with completion scheduled for 24 months from notice of acceptance (NoA).
