The work is carried out in two sections.
Between General Levalle and Adelia María, and between Las Perdices and Punta del Agua.
The new paved sections will provide better transit conditions for production as it exits the port.
The Provincial Government advances in the final stage of paving Provincial Route 10, between the towns of General Levalle (National Route 7) and Adelia María (Provincial Route 24). It is important to remember that the first 20 kilometers of a total of 40 corresponding to the total length of the section have already been enabled.
This paved road will decongest National Route 35, facilitating the transit of agricultural products to the port.
It should be noted that Provincial Route 10 is the most extensive communication route in the provincial network of Córdoba. It crosses the departments of Rio Primero, Rio Segundo, Tercero Arriba, Juárez Celman, Presidente Roque Sáenz Peña and General Roca. It has a total length of 516 kilometers, of which 55 percent is paved.
The route has its origin in the town of La Puerta, ending in the south of the province, on the border with La Pampa.
At the same time, the paving of the section of Provincial Route 10 between Las Perdices and Punta del Agua is in the final details of the work, with 98 percent progress.
It is an 18.7 kilometer work that will benefit a large agricultural-livestock area and the residents of the Tercero Arriba department.
Details of the work
The works include placement of an asphalt concrete layer, granular base, granular sub-base, vertical signage, horizontal demarcation, metal defenses, lighting, hydraulic works (culverts), ditch curb and forestation. |
