Man Infraconstruction Ltd witnessed a remarkable surge of 5.27 percent in its shares following the announcement of its latest project, Aaradhya OnePark, comprising residential units in Ghatkopar East, Mumbai. The company projects a sales revenue of Rs 1,200 crore over the next four years from this venture.
The project boasts a substantial carpet area of 4 lakh sq ft and has successfully obtained all requisite approvals, including the Intimation of Disapproval (IOD), Commencement Certificate (CC), Clearance from Aviation Authorities, and the Maha RERA registration certificate.
