Payment against bills shall be released via E-payment by Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd., Zonal offices, within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the bill along with original supporting documents at Chandrapur LPG Bottling Plant. Additionally, the original bill and BTS Copy should be submitted at the respective Zonal Office. These procedures are essential to ensure smooth and timely transactions for successful bidders. Liquidated damages equal to 0.5% of the entire EPC contract value will be applied each week in the event of a delay. There will be a maximum charge of 5% of the entire value of the EPC contract.
