National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL) has invited bids for the four-laning of Mawlynkhung-Mawryngkneng section under NH(O)-NE in Meghalaya.
The construction of Mawlynkhung to Mawryngkneng to four-lane with paved shoulder configuration in Meghalaya, from design km 0+000 to km 20+000 (Shillong Eastern Bypass PKG-1) for a length of 20 km. The scope of work will broadly include rehabilitation, upgradation and augmentation of the existing carriageway with construction of new pavement, rehabilitation of existing pavement, construction and/or rehabilitation of major and minor bridges, culverts, road intersections, interchanges, drains, and others.
The EPC contract, to be carried out at an estimated cost of Rs 968.15 crore, has a completion deadline of 36 months.
