The Falucho Cooperative carries out different tasks in various sectors of the complex located on the corner of Ezeiza and Suipacha.
The Municipality of Tandil is advancing with the construction works of the new buildings for the Conservatory and the IPAT, an initiative carried out jointly with the provincial government.
The important project, which will allow the two institutions to have their own headquarters, is being carried out on land provided by the commune. The work is financed 70% by the province and 30% by the Municipality.
Currently, the Falucho Cooperative, the winning company, carries out different tasks in various sectors of the complex located on the corner of Ezeiza and Suipacha.
On the one hand, the placement of the SUM openings is being completed and the exterior textured coating has begun in the interior patios and in the front.
The exteriors and sidewalks are also being leveled, the access ramps have begun to be built and work is being done on the storm drains of the vehicular accesses, where the subfloors for access will later be made.
Inside, the walls are being puttyed and progress is being made with removable ceilings. In ground floor classrooms, progress was made with the installation of fixed furniture, music conservatory classrooms are being painted and details are being finished in that sector.
The floor of the internal patio was laid, work is being done on the floor of the accessible terrace and its waterproofing, and on the connectivity of the building with the internet cabinets and part of the wiring.
At the same time, the boilers and equipment were placed in the machine rooms and progress is being made with the internal gas installation of the building and with the municipal line cabinets, both gas and electrical.
In order to connect the buildings gas to the network, network extension work had to be carried out, which is currently being carried out with resources from the Educational Fund.
THE PROJECT
The construction proposes a complex with two independent two-story buildings, with their respective services and classrooms and administrative offices for each institution. In addition, they will have a shared library and an auditorium and a SUM that can be used independently of the educational buildings during the weekends.
The complex is built on a property provided by the Municipality in Ezeiza and Suipacha, and was planned according to the operating needs of both institutions.
