Spanning across 4155 square kilometers in the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Natural Reserve, the Amaala project aims to become an ultra-luxury destination, blending pristine landscapes, diverse ecosystems, and rich local culture. Upon completion, it will feature 25 hotels, 900 luxury residential units, high-end retail spaces, fine dining options, wellness facilities, and recreational amenities. The consortium formed by Masdar, a leading clean energy player from the UAE, and French electricity utility EDF, has signed a concession agreement for this integrated utility project with the developers of Amaala.
