Maharashtra Housing & Area Development Authority (MHADA) has floated a tender for the construction of 1,056 EWS tenements in Nakshatrawadi, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district of Maharashtra under PMAY.
The scope of work includes survey, soil investigation, planning, designing, construction and obtaining all relevant permissions and required completion certificate from the competent authority.
The contract is to be carried out on a lump sum turnkey basis at an outlay of Rs 82.91 crore. The completion period is 24 months.
The end date for bid submission is 29 December, 2023. |
