Mehta, expressed the companys strategic focus on entering and expanding development activities in the western suburbs of Mumbai. Borivali, known for its increasing demand for residential flats, has become a burgeoning hub of development. The recent acquisition of this project in Borivali is considered a significant achievement for Shraddha Prime Projects Limited.
The redevelopment project, aptly named "SHRADDHA PARADISE," spans a substantial land parcel covering over 2 acres, poised to reshape the skyline of Borivali West. The company has secured full Intimation of Disapproval (IOD) for the project, along with the Plinth Commencement Certificate. As the project progresses, it is anticipated to develop a saleable area of 1,48,000 square feet, contributing to potential revenues exceeding Rs 400 crores over the next three years.
Work on the site has already commenced, with the plinth work currently in progress. The project has been officially launched for sale, and bookings have begun. Mr. Sudhir B.
