The work, financed through a national program, is 25% complete more than a year after its start. Its execution is affected by the constant inflationary process that the winning company could not face. Now the Municipality has launched a tender to use its own funds to purchase materials that will allow the work to move forward. The Municipality of El Calafate launched a tender to purchase construction materials for the construction of 74 Homes, the execution of which has been stopped. Framed in the “National Program Home Own, Build Future”, the planned homes will have 66 m2, with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and dining room. In addition there will be 4 inclusive homes, adapted for people with reduced mobility. |
