RÍO GRANDE.- This was made known by the head of the Provincial Institute of Housing and Habitat (IPVyH), Architect Laura Montes, through resolution 1398/23 of July 6, which enables the operation of the offices of the Río Grande offices and authorizes to the administrative area and the technical area to maintain a guard with the involvement of the personnel necessary for this purpose, on July 11, 2023, intended for the reception and opening of envelopes from public tender 15/2023 of the work “Programa Casa Propia , 368 homes Keyuk urbanization.” The resolution indicates that after the call for bids was authorized, a modifying circular was issued setting a new date for opening bids, being July 11, without taking into account the holiday for the anniversary of the founding of Río Grande. Without prejudice to this and in order to correct such error and not delay the deadlines of the public bidding at hand, it is necessary to maintain a guard of the technical and administrative area destined for the reception and opening of envelopes. The program is financed by the national government, through the Ministry of Territorial Development and Habitat, in joint work with the provincial government through the Provincial Institute of Housing and Habitat.
