Marina Mirage Sailing into a $500M Transformation

The Makris Group’s big proposal for this week also got a Yes-vote from the Gold Coast City Council’s planning team. The owners had a bold plan for their $500m improvement project, which they convinced them with.
The team is headed by Con Makris, a billionaire resident of Adelaide. Awaiting final seal of approval in a meeting on December fourth. Assuming everything goes as planned, they will commence developing a mixed use Elenberg Frasers design. The Makris Group is also in talks with a well renowned and reputable hotel brand for the addition of more than 110 resort rooms.
The February 2022 plan’s suggestions are geared towards enhancing the glamour of Marina Mirage. As for them, there is an addition they desire on their three-star level; it is a beautiful upper floor with spectacular views of the Broadwater. This would be enhanced with world class restaurant operators. There is a focus on well-being and revival enlisted with selected Australians boutiques.
