NTPC REL invites online bids for BOS package of ISTS connected wind energy project with nominal capacity of 1110 MW capacity anywhere in Gujarat under Tranche II.
The last date and time for receipt of bids comprising both techno-commercial bid and price bid is December 20, 2023. The techno-commercial bid opens on the same day, that is, December 20, 2023.
The scope of work entails detailed design, engineering, micro-siting, manufacturing, supply, erection, testing, commissioning and proving the guaranteed performance parameters for installation of the offered wind farm starting from 33kV internal evacuation lines. It also encompasses acquisition of the required land for the offered wind farm project.
The offered wind project by the bidder shall be compatible for installation of any WTG of size ranging from 3.0 MW to higher ETG machine size as available in the market. The WTG machine shall be RLMM listed.
The scope of work also covers comprehensive operation and maintenance for a period of three years. The O&M is for the complete system under Wind BOS development package scope inclusive of pooling substation, internal and external transmission system along with supply of all spare parts etc. Supply of mandatory spares is also a part of the project scope.
To qualify, the bidder should have executed wind projects of cumulative capacity of 40 MW or higher, out of which at least one wind project should be at least 10 MW.
NTPC REL has been announcing significant tenders for the BOS package of ISTS-connected wind projects, inclusive of one of 1200 MW with the greens hoe option of upto 300 MW in Andhra Pradesh. It also announced a tender for the installation of wind turbine generators for a wind project of 1000 MW in Gujarat.
NTPC REL earlier had also invited online bids from eligible bidders on single stage two envelope, (viz. envelope-l: tech no-commercial bid and envelope-ll: price bid) for land and power evacuation package for the development of 900 MW ISTS connected solar PV projects in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh with the green shoe option of300MW. |
