B L Kashyap and Sons has bagged two contracts worth around Rs 271 crore. Of these, the company has received one contract from Jaganmayi Manor (JMPL) for the development of Sattva Verve at Pune, Maharashtra.
The order entails construction and structural work as well as external civil work for the project. The contract, amounting to Rs 80 crore, is to be executed within 19 months from the commencement date.
Likewise, the firm has secured a second order from Suparna Realtors (SRPL) for a commercial project Sattva Texonic in Bangalore, Karnataka. The scope of work comprises civil and finishing works including external development for the project. This order is worth approx. Rs 191 crore, and anticipated to be executed within 20 months.
With this, the company’s total order book now stands at Rs 3,276 crore. |
