They call for bids for a sewer project worth more than $700 million
The Municipality of Vera made public the call for bids for the pipe replacement work for Elevator Station No. 6 in the city of Vera.
This work has an official budget of $741,213,839.50 with an execution period of 6 months and is the product of a project approved by the National Water and Sanitation Works Entity (ENOHSA), the body that will finance it.
In this regard, Mayor Paula Miter expressed: “We are opening the tender for a historic work for our city, since it will provide a significant improvement in the quality of life of the people of Vera, especially those who live in the central – north sector. .
With these works we are going to renew the pipes of the oldest sector of the sewer network, which with the passage of time and the materials of the time, have been degrading and leaving it almost obsolete or with great inconveniences.
This project that we have presented to ENOHSA and which has recently been approved is a long-term investment in the future of our city and we are committed to continuing to work together for a more ecological and sustainable city.”
