TFE is looking for an assertive and committed professional in the early stages of their career, with excellent analytical skills, technical writing capabilities and a keen eye for detail to take up the role of an Associate in Distributed Renewable Energy.

TFE supports the development of distributed renewable energy (DRE) (e.g. mini-grids, off-grid solar, captive power) markets in sub-Saharan Africa. Through its two business lines of consulting and fund management, TFE seeks to facilitate investment into DRE in sub-Saharan Africa and accelerate progress towards universal energy access and a clean energy future.
In its consulting business line, TFE works with energy companies, investors and development finance institutions to navigate the energy transition, including identifying investment opportunities, assessing country markets, designing business models and disseminating market intelligence.
The role
This role falls under TFEs consulting business line. The three core responsibilities of this role are: project execution (working on consulting projects), searching for consulting opportunities online and writing project proposals. The candidate will report to the project manager. |
