The Central Railway has floated a tender for the construction of a new BG line in Solapur-Osmanabad new line section of Solapur division on EPC mode.
The scope of work covers earth work, and construction of major bridges, minor bridges, road over bridges (ROB) and road under bridges, limited height subways, track laying and civil works including platforms and protective boundary along the alignment from Tuljapur (ch 52500) to Osmanabad (ch 83200), which comprises both single-line and double-line section.
The contract is valued at Rs 544.68 crore, with a completion period set at 30 months.
