The storm drains for the western area of ??General Pico were awarded
In the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, the opening of bids for the bidding for the storm drain work for the western area of ??the city of General Pico. With an official budget of $4,720,679,238 updated to March 2023, four bidding companies presented themselves.
The Undersecretary of Hydraulic Works of the Ministry of Public Works of the Nation, Gustavo Villa Uría and authorities of the national portfolio participated in the administrative act. From La Pampa, via Zoom, the alternatives of the offers were followed by the Minister of Public Works and Services, Julio Rojo, and the Undersecretary of Public Works, Alfredo Intronati, representing the provincial government; and for the Municipality of General Pico, the secretary of Urban Planning and Management, Jorge Carlos Gabba, and the director of the Tertiary Network, Darío Balvidares.
Within this framework, the four companies that submitted to the bidding and their offers were announced: Esuco SA quoted $7,152,982,367.21; Miavasa SA $5,673,791,739.21; SAIC Supercement $ 6,909,475,317.20; and Inmac $4,756,495,284.96.
This work had been agreed between Governor Sergio Ziliotto and the Minister of Public Works of the Nation, Gabriel Katopodis, during his visit to La Pampa, in May 2022.

Technical details.
The construction of 6,000 meters of new concrete conduits, of various sizes, and 145 new drains are planned. 2,500 meters of new main channeling will be executed through a central stonemasonry and 6,100 meters of existing excavated channel will be expanded and adapted on the ditch of Provincial Route 102.
The main conduit, to which four secondary branches will discharge, will be built on Avenida Brunengo, between its intersection with Calle 333 and its intersection with Calle 9, continuing with a rectangular conduit along Provincial Route 101 until the intersection with Provincial Route 102, and then along the northern ditch of Provincial Route 102 until it discharges into the lower Malvicino. |
