In addition, JT+Partners has also implemented a guest room management system that efficiently controls lighting and cooling. When rooms are unoccupied or when windows and doors are open, the system automatically switches to non-occupied mode, minimising power and AC consumption. These measures not only contribute to reducing energy waste but also ensure a comfortable and eco-conscious stay for the guests.
