The works are carried out in 46 blocks, and are divided into 4 zones, between Génova, Cullen, Juan José Paso and Ottone streets. The investment is almost $2 billion.
The final level paving work that the Municipality of Rosario has been carrying out in a sector of the Empalme Graneros neighborhood, Northwest district, is advancing at a good pace. The works are carried out in a length of 5,520 linear meters and an area of ??38,640 m² and include removal of ditches, execution of ditch cord, construction of storm drains and asphalt paving (in addition to construction of vehicular accesses and sidewalks). There are 46 blocks, with an investment that amounts to 1,963,486,294.34 pesos.
Work is advancing at a good pace in all four sectors.
Junction Zone 1:
Génova – Cullen – José Ingenieros – Olavarría sector (13 blocks), awarded to the company Rava SA
The paving of Garzón, between José Ingenieros and Génova, has already been completed; and Aguapey between José Ingenieros and Génova.
Asphalting is being done on Yamandú street, between Génova and José Ingenieros and in Garzón, between José Ingenieros and La República.
Junction Zone 2:
José Ingenieros – Cullen – Juan José Paso – Olavarría (14 blocks), awarded to the contractor company Obring SA
The paving of Calle La República, between Cullen and Barra and Cullen, between Juan José Paso and José Ingenieros has already been completed.
Barra Street is being paved, between José Ingenieros and La República.
Junction Zone 3:
Génova – Olavarría – Juan José Paso – Cabral (8 blocks), awarded to the construction company Del Sol SA.
Paving has already been completed on Pelayo street, between Olavarría and Cabal, and on Cavour street, between Olavarría and Cabal.
The box was opened to make the subgrade base (prior to paving) in La República street, between Olavarría and Cabal.
Junction Zone 4:
Génova – Cabral – Juan José Paso – Virginio Ottone (11 blocks), awarded to the company Rovial SA.
The paving of Calle Pelayo, between Cabal and Ottone, was completed.
Storm pipe work is being carried out on Franklin street, between Cabal and Ottone.
The subgrade base is being placed on La República street, between Cabal and Ottone.
The stabilized base is being built on Cavour street, between Cabal and Ottone
It should be noted that during the presentation of the work, the mayor Pablo Javkin pointed out: “We fulfilled the duty that the city had a long time ago, we owed it to this neighborhood since the flood. It is a work that we tendered once, we had to do it again, we had to wait and now it is underway.
"In January 2024 we will have all the work finished and it will also imply changing the lives of the neighbors, because the lighting in the neighborhood also changes, it will all be with LED lights," he remarked at the time. |
