Eight projects from different countries in the region have won the first innovation contest for the development of green hydrogen and its derivatives in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Organized by the German Development Cooperation Agency, GIZ, together with H2LAC, eight projects from different countries have won the first innovation contest for the development of green hydrogen and its derivatives in Latin America and the Caribbean.
With the idea of ??seeking innovative ideas from academia and/or the private sector related to the green hydrogen value chain, the contest has as a prize that a representative of each group of students or company per selected country participate next August a four-day theoretical and practical training course at the Brazilian Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), where they will work with available technical equipment, such as an electrolyzer, hydrogen bus, catalyst laboratory, etc.
