A 216 unit community dubbed Trails at Hunter Pointe is now open in Gallatin, Tennessee. RREAF Holdings built the residential property on a 13-acre site situated about 25 minutes outside of Nashville. However, RREAF Residential, a branch of RREAF Holdings, will handle the property management at the community.
RREAF Residential’s CEO Melanie French, said Trails at Hunter Pointe community was at an ideal location in Gallatin. Especially for those renters seeking a place far from the hustle, noise and traffic of the big city. French also said Shoppes at Hunter, another RREAF development is in close proximity to the community. Therefore residents can have access to the daycare center, dentist and nail salon, and dining options at RREAF’s shopping center.
Featured amenities at the Trails at Hunter Pointe community
The 216 unit Trails at Hunter Pointe community offers a mix of one and two-bedroom resort style units. However, the one and two-bedroom units have already reached 94% and 45% occupancy respectively. The average cost of a two bedroom home in the community is about $1,614. But this is below the average price in Gallatin.
Trails at Hunter Pointe boasts of several shared amenities including a pool, fitness center and dog park. Additionally, the individual units have ceilings nine feet high, private terraces and balcony options, as well as washers and dryers. The community also has Central air and heating, extra storage space and on site maintenance services.
French said the Trails at Hunter Pointe community was designed to meet the needs of today’s renters. He pointed out that renters want convenience, to feel heard and appreciated. Therefore he said, RREAF’s management team would provide that high-touch customer experience and service renters want. In other words, renters would never have to worry about issues like maintenance or paying for repairs. French said residents can truly enjoy their lives and spend their time with family and friends without those worries. |
