The Executive Branch authorized the call for tenders for the construction of the Rucanelo Level I Health Center building
From the materialization of the Health establishment, the inhabitants of the town will have a medical service for consultations and care. The presence of a Health Center will collaborate with the residents of the town and nearby rural area to have immediate attention in the event of any emergency or query, this service is an action to collaborate with the people of the place in relation to medical issues. The construction project of the Level I Health Center building in the town of Rucanelo, which will be located on Río Negro street, consists of an infrastructure with a total area of ??156 m2 covered and 20 m2 semi-covered, distributed in reception and care, waiting room , doctors office, dentistry, observation room, nursing room, pharmacy and common restroom, kitchen and laundry services.
The work will be carried out with a traditional construction system, ceramic brick masonry, sloping sheet metal roof with metal profiles, suspended, monolithic ceilings in medical and modular areas in circulation and common areas. The exterior carpentry will be made of white aluminum and sheet metal, while the interior ones will be made of wood with sheet metal frames, the interior floors will be granite as well as the exterior ones, all the new sanitary premises will have ceramic coverings and countertops in front and on the sides. .
The official budget is $48,017,265.73 and the work term is 540 calendar days. |
