The Ministry of Habitat and Urban Development called for tenders for the construction of the first 156 homes of a project of 416. The opening will take place on May 17.

Sans Souci: the Province will develop a neighborhood on a historic property
This morning, the Ministry of Habitat and Urban Development, headed by Agustín Simone, called for tenders to begin construction of the first 156 homes along with their sidewalks, ramps, forestation and urban equipment. For this first stage of the project, the Buenos Aires government will allocate more than $2,694 million.
It should be noted that, in the almost 60 blocks that the property has, 16 will be ceded for housing development. In addition to preserving a large public park, the Province will build a garden, a secondary school, a health center, a sports playground, and a Primary Health Care Center (CAPS). It will also launch a heritage restoration program for the Sans Souci Palace.
Regarding the magnitude of the project in Sans Souci, Minister Simone reported that it will not only allow almost a thousand families from Tandil to have access to their own homes, but also "we work to build neighborhoods, making the growth of cities more inclusive, promoting the construction of community with paved streets, education, health and green spaces generating opportunities throughout the Province”.
Companies interested in participating in the tender may submit proposals until May 17, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Ticket Desk of the Housing Institute, located at calle 7 Nº 1267 ground floor, in the city of The Silver.
The envelopes will be opened that same day at 12:00 noon in the Auditorium of the Provincial Organization for Social and Urban Integration of the Province of Buenos Aires (OPISU), located at calle 47 N° 529 between 5 and 6 ground floor, of the City of La Plata.
The acquisition of the Sheets will be free of charge, and can be consulted and downloaded through the website https://www.gba.gob.ar and https://www.gba.gob.ar/vivienda/licitaciones. Registration and inquiries from companies must be made by email: licitaciones@vivienda.mosp.gba.gob.ar.
