The mayor of Comodoro Rivadavia, Juan Pablo Luque, visited the Bella Vista Sur neighborhood yesterday in the company of municipal officials, neighbors and neighborhood leaders, in order to supervise the work of a ditch cordon that will improve the transitability of the public transport service and order said sector.
The investment in public works planned for 2023, with municipal funds, is close to 8 billion pesos, estimating to exceed it with different extensions that allow the infrastructure to continue multiplying in all the citys neighborhoods, as has been done permanently in this management.
Within this framework, the improvement in trafficability is one of the main axes, carrying out multiple pavement, patching, and ditch works, as in this case in Bella Vista Sur, one of the sectors where Comodoro has grown in recent years. times, private subdivision that needs to grow in an orderly fashion accompanied by the municipal State.
Luque explained that “this work has more than 5,000 linear meters of ditch cordon, which will help tidy up the neighborhood. When talking with the neighbors, they recognize that this will greatly improve the leveling of the land so that there are no inconveniences in the rainy season."
"It is a private subdivision where we have to work together to solve problems for the neighbors," he said.
For Luque, Bella Vista Sur is “a neighborhood that did not have major works for a long time, but even so, we reached most of the neighbors with gas. There are only a few sectors left where there is a problem of measurement that we are working with the owner of the subdivision that is private, a family that did not do the necessary works to give the quality of life of the people of Comodoro and now the Municipality must intervene," he exclaimed. .
In this sense, the Mayor appreciated the contribution of the neighbors, who accompanied him on the tour. “Talking with them, they showed us that they are happy and requested to move forward with the remaining works, which are the gas works, because people need to live with dignity. There are cases where the measurements are our responsibility and in other cases it is the absolute responsibility of the person who parceled out this land, which creates inconveniences for the neighbors and there we have to see how we solve them”.
"To the people who do not have gas due to the responsibility of whoever divided the place, the Municipality provides firewood, but we are moving quickly with the neighborhood with great management in order to achieve the tasks so that the gas arrives, beyond that we have already built many gas networks that we have inaugurated," insisted Luque. |
