The groundbreaking of a 252-unit multifamily community dubbed The Sarah at Crescent Park took place recently in Orlando, Florida. The developer, LeCesse Development Corp. is collaborating with Fifth Third Bank and Red Cove Capital as financial partners.
LeCesse Development’s COO, Caleb Keenan, said Sarah at Crescent Park would allow residents to explore all offerings at the location. Therefore, he said the residents would experience the best of both worlds whether indoors or outdoors. Keenan mentioned that the property will provide residents with luxury, resort-style amenities in their apartment units. While the surrounding location will also feature some of the best retail and dining options in the city.
The location of Sarah at Crescent Park is in close proximity to Interstate 528 and Semoran Road. Therefore, it offers easy commutes across the Orlando metropolitan area. Additionally, residents will have access to nearby facilities such as Oracle’s Orlando campus, VA hospital, and UF’s medical center.
Development plans for The Sarah at Crescent Park
The Sarah at Crescent Park apartments will be spread across five buildings, consisting of one, two, and three-bedroom layouts. Each apartment unit will be furnished with cutting-edge SMART home package devices. Therefore, residents will make use of smart locks, voice-controlled lights, and Wi-Fi-enabled thermostats.
The apartments will also have wooden plank-style flooring, quartz countertops with under-mount stainless steel sinks, and spacious walk-in closets.
Sarah at Crescent will offer shared amenities such as a fitness center, swimming pool, playground, game room, and movie room. On top of that, there are also coworking spaces with private offices, and a lakeside lounge available on the property. Residents will also have the option to rent detached garages in the community.
Dynamik Design out of Atlanta will serve as the architect for Sarah at Crescent Park. While Kimley-Horn is the civil engineer and Roger B. Kennedy Construction out of Altamonte Springs is the general contractor. The developer expects the project to reach completion by the fall of 2024. |
