Project is being built by BEC Arabia
Saudi-based real estate developer Cayan Group said on Monday that its 200-key Hampton by Hilton hotel within the NEOM giga project is expected to be ready by late 2023.
The company said in a press statement that the project is being developed in partnership with NEOM and will meet the growing demand for accommodation for construction personnel working on the giga project.
It said BEC Arabia, which is the main contractor for the project, is expected to complete the construction by late 2023.
The project is being implemented as a public-private partnership (PPP), according to a LinkedIn post by BEC Real Estate, the property subsidiary of Saudi and UAE-based BEC Arabia. In December 2022, BEC Real Estate had announced that it has been awarded the DBOT (Design, Build, Operate, Transfer) contract for the hotel in partnership with Cayan Group as co-investor and developer. The company said the fast-tracked facility would be delivered in 12 months. |
