– The Government of Entre Ríos, through the Instituto Autárquico de Planeamiento y Vivienda (IAPV), signed the work contracts for the execution of 80 housing units in three towns in Entre Ríos, with an investment of more than 587 million pesos
In Federal, 48 homes for teachers, police personnel and municipal workers will be built with provincial funds; and another 10 housing units will be built in General Racedo. On the other hand, with national funds, 22 houses will be built in San José de Feliciano. The signing of the contracts took place at the headquarters of the provincial body and the appointment was attended by the Chief Government Notary Public, Alejandro Santana.
In this regard, the president of the IAPV, Marcelo Bisogni said that "it is a joy to be able to continue building new homes in various towns in Entre Ríos, financed with provincial and national funds, so that more families can fulfill the dream of accessing a decent roof".
The official pointed out that "public works not only ensure the right to own a home, but also reactivates the construction industry, employment and boosts the economy."
Finally, Bisogni highlighted "the firm decision of President Alberto Fernández and Governor Gustavo Bordet, so that housing continues to be one of the engines of the economy in the province, in order to strengthen the family, bring work and provide security to the Entre Ríos”.
Characteristics of the works

Federal 48 homes. Aimed at teachers, police personnel and municipal workers.
The firm Cimbra Constructora SA will carry out the execution of the works, with a budget of 338,300,245.92 pesos and a term of work of 12 consecutive months.
The housing group is made up of 48 two-bedroom homes, two of them equipped for special situations of disability.
General Racedo 10 homes. The Bidner Constructora SRL company will be in charge of the work with a budget of 67,991,799.53 pesos and a work period of seven consecutive months.
• Own House-Build Future
San José de Feliciano 22 homes. The UTE Szczech SA – L y C Construcciones SA, will carry out the execution with an investment of 181,157,393.89 pesos and a term of work of 10 consecutive months.
Each housing unit has an area of ??63 square meters, is composed of two bedrooms and the possibility of expanding another room; dining room-kitchen, and bathroom.
