Naresco Contracting awarded main contract for Tria tower in Dubai Silicon Oasis Dubai-based developer Deyaar Development has awarded the main construction contract for its 515 million UAE dirhams ($176 million) Tria residential tower in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) to Naresco Contracting. “The mobilisation work is currently progressing. Al Madaen Electromechanical Works is bidding for the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) contract,” a source aware of the project details told Zawya Projects without disclosing the contract value. National Engineering Bureau has been mandated as the design and lead consultant on this project and Atlas Foundations is piling contractor, the source added. In March, the DFM-listed Deyaar had announced that the 32-storey integrated residential project is expected to be completed in first quarter 2025. |
