On the morning of this Friday, at the headquarters of the Tenders Directorate located in the San Martín Palace, the act of opening the envelopes for the private tender 8/2023 was carried out, for the insulation work on the roof of CEF 44 , building located on Avenida Perón and Islas Malvinas.
The act took place at 10 am, headed by the Director of Tenders Pilar Ciardelli. Three bidders appeared on the occasion:
Proponent No. 1: Service and sale of waterproofing SRL, which quoted the sum of $7,980,880 pesos
Bidder No. 2: Di Leo Gerardo Gabriel, who quoted the sum of $8,320,257 pesos
Bidder No. 3: Wagner Vilma Noemí, who quoted the sum of $9,489,000 pesos
As mentioned, the purpose of the tender is to proceed with the contracting for the provision of labor and materials necessary for the execution of the insulation work on the roof of CEF 44.
The project consists of the construction of insulation on an existing sheet metal roof, with a surface area of ??1406 total square meters to be covered.
This insulation and waterproofing will be carried out to prevent thermal bridges from being created within the structures, thus generating condensation and humidity. |
